  • 1 1/4 lb ground chicken

  • 4 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 cup frank's hot sauce

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  1. In a skillet or saucepan over medium heat, mix together the brown sugar, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar.

  2. Cook until it boils then reduce heat to low and allow sauce to simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Once done, remove from heat and carefully set aside to cool.

  4. In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, garlic, paprika, and onion powder.

  5. In a skillet over medium heat, cook and chop up ground chicken mixture until fully cooked through and not pink.

  6. Once cooked, add in the sauce and continue to cook for a couple minutes then remove from heat.

  7. Evenly divide recipe into six servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
