  • 3 cups celery (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 2 sprigs rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash steak seasoning

  • 3 carrots (chopped)

  • 1 white onion (peeled)

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 2 lb. chuck roast

  • 1 lb. white potatoes

  1. Add olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the chuck roast and cook for around 3-5 min. or until slightly brown.

  3. Add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, and broth to a slow-cooker.

  4. Add the chuck roast to the slow-cooker.

  5. Add and mix the rosemary and beef seasoning to the slow-cooker.

  6. Turn slow-cooker on low and cook for around 5-7 hours or until vegetables are soft and roast falls apart.

  7. Let cool and eat immediately or pack up 4 oz. of roast and evenly divided vegetables into 8 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
