1 lb skirt steak (cubed)
2 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp lime juice
1 avocado (diced)
1 cup pico de gallo
In a bowl, mix together the liquid aminos, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and oregano.
In a ziplock bag or container, add steak with liquid mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat, add everything from steak ziplock bag or container and cook for around 8-10 minutes or until brown.
Evenly divide steak mixture, avocado, and pico de gallo into 5 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
