  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup in a glass type jar that can be sealed.

  2. Put the lid on and shake until the ingredients are fully combined.

  3. Top with frozen blueberries and put the lid back on and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Stir and eat half to come as close as possible to given macros.
